You think it's ok to reg xbox domain?

do you think it violates any trademarks to reg and use a domain name for xbox games with the phrase xbox (such as xboxcheatssite.com)

I've seen a lot of domains with xbox in it that don't look like they're owned by Microsoft but I just want to be sure.

If you are going to use the name for non-commercial purpose and mention it clearly on the site, I dont think there would be any problems

I would hope it would be ok, its basically free promo for them, developed as a fan site.

I own a PS name I will dev in this way.

Fan sites with a disclaimer, yes... commercial sites, no... these demand a generic name.

Keep in mind that some companies have litigated even if the company name was just in the meta tags.. not just the domain name.
