You think it's ok to reg xbox domain?

do you think it violates any trademarks to reg and use a domain name for xbox games with the phrase xbox (such as xboxcheatssite.com)

I've seen a lot of domains with xbox in it that don't look like they're owned by Microsoft but I just want to be sure.

I think it doesn't really break any laws regarding trademark since your not really saying you made up the name Xbox or saying that you own Xbox its just a resource site for "Xbox" it's not actually the official site...

Fan sites with a disclaimer, yes... commercial sites, no... these demand a generic name.

Keep in mind that some companies have litigated even if the company name was just in the meta tags.. not just the domain name.
