The YMCA is one of the most well known organizations in the US. If they wanted to, they could take this domain. So one can't really "forget about legal issues at the moment" like you say. I can't imagine any developer would want to put a site on such a high risk domain. Although it could be traded around between ignorant domainers I guess...
