One of the recent wins in UDRP argued some kind of technical glitch "out of their control" and got the name back. I think the excuse was bs but they got it back by demonstrating it was in use and not intended to drop.
So if Yehey.com was in use, it may work for them and contacting them may be viewed as bad faith reg.
