I would mainly like YardPonds.com appraised. YardPonds.ca would be sold with it, but it wouldn't be worth as much.

not really a popular name although it has 22,000 searches via google, which is still pretty bad. With development is could be better. Nice parking however. Value I'd say 20-30 right now. You haven't mentioned rev?
