Kindly note the new owner who will buy has advantage of getting all four important extensions.

There was earlier an discussion on this forum as to who be allowed for appraise the domains ? I would be like glad to even learn from new members also wherein their opinion will be worth million.

Appreciate your appraisal with reasoning as why you feel the same ? Do appraise based on your wisdom.

I doubt you will get $5k for this one

Subordinated is not a common word and doesn't really compare to strong keywords like Financed and Leased, they are in a different class of name, having said that, I'm sure you could flip it to a fellow domainer on here who loves the idea of owning a dictionary word in .COM

When you are selling a name you have to always ask why would somebody buy it and what can the owner do with it. What kind of service or page will somebody build on your name? Is it a profitable niche, so one can make decent income? How much natural type in traffic do you get? Then base your price on that. As I pointed to you before I think $5000 dollars is way beyond market value even for end-user. Do not forget this is very competitive environment and there are hundreds of great names for less then $500 potential buyers can choose from.

Here is example list 1 word .com for 100$ or less on GD.

Cliffed.com

I really doubt Subordinated is financial term. I am in finance industry for 9 years now and I never heard subordinated word anywhere.
It's a dictionary word which is the only good part. Not so popular word is the bad one.. 5k is too much to ask for..
I would rate it any where between 50$-600$.
Just my opinion.
Good luck

I searched it up on Investopedia. It's part of a financial term ("subordinated debt") but, not a very popular or valuable one. You might've been closer to the $5k if you had the 'debt' part in there. Mid $xxx - low $xxxx.

It is not a financial domain but sometimes used in conjunction with other words. Honestly, I don't see much value. If you do heavy promotion, u might get closer to $5k mark. But sometimes things go really unexpected and on this count your domain might sell even more. Recently I have witnessed two good domains sadly.com and wildly.com fail cross 5k mark on Flippa.

It might be a part of definition or some term.. Have ever heard a word Subordinated in any business u have been so far..
Its subordinated "Debt" were debt is the huge term...not subordinated..
I read financial reports, Yearly, Quaterly, Mid yearly reports even i read trade reports some has the debt reports too. but hey i never came across subordinated...please dont keep to high hopes.. if you get a high xxx i will be glad..if you get 5K i will overwhelmed.

yes my boss says that i am his subordinate..

Worth only $10-$50, IMHO.
It's a past tense and that too of not much valuable keyword.
Only 6-7 domains in last 10-12 years have sold which end in "nated." and except for Opinionated.com (which went for $9k) and Vacinnated.com ($3k) , all others are below $1500.

You are to in love with your domains. Anytime someone gives advice that is against what you think you come back with a reason why. Take the advice. Trust me your domains dont love you back and want a divorce!

Subordinated is a very uncommon/unpopular word.
Few people are familiar with this word.
Rarely used word.
It is not connected with any type of product or market.
Low brandable potential.
Very low search volume.

Actually Estibot appraised it as $9,400.
Estibot is a worthless appraisal tool.
It is only good for checking specific information, like search volume and how many extensions are taken.
This information can be obtained by other & free services thus making this appraisal tool completely useless.

Resell price: $0 to Reg fee
End user price: Reg fee to mid $xx

Good luck :)

So you rule out the prices that similar domains have sold for because you don't like their sale price? I want to live in your dream world!

I, too, haven't see it used as a financial term and a google search reveals a very fringe loan/debt term. But nobody is going to type in Subordinated.com to get that information. Also google adwords reveals very low searches per month. You are doing what I see a lot of new domainers do - taking an extremely obscure and rarely used "dictionary" word, finding some industry where they sometimes use the term and trying to turn it into a best selling domain. It's not going to happen - especially on flippa which is geared toward resellers/domainers.

Reseller: regfee to low $xx
Enduser: mid to high $xx, lucky if you got any more

Hope this helps!
