Will I face any TM issue with this domain
I registered it with ignorance of TM issue
Only planning for future development when Yahoo publisher network becoming more popular.

Only now I realised that I might be in a situation.

Just develop a simple website with a little investment just for fun, and wait if Yahoo will run after you, then be ready to give up the domain to them, they could give you some freebies. :D

Wrong! This is an irresponsible post. TM infringement is a serious matter, just because someone hasn't been caught does not mean it is OK.
