I found a good domain with the word oscars in it, which I might register to make a blog.

But would their be any TM issues? Or would I be good.

Ex: oscars-blog.com

definite TM issue and to make matters worse, "Oscar" is know to be a heavily defended TM. I'd leave my hands off this domain. :imho:

If your name is Oscar, and the blog is about you, then you would probably be fine. If the site has anything to do with the oscars than you can expect legal problems.
