Yahoo! Small Business Account Problem

I've transferred a domain name xxxx.com to Yahoo! Small Business about two months ago. I can see from the whois database that my domain name has been transferred successfully.

But when I tried to open http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com to find my domain, it appeared this: Sorry, there are no Yahoo! Small Business services associated with the Yahoo! ID xxxxx

And I tried to contact yahoo support, but they only provide email support to those who have smallbusiness IDs.

I don't know what to do now. Can anybody give me some suggestions? Thank you.

Where is the domain registered? Transfer it back out would be my suggestion.

I'm not sure if you are still allowed to transfer back so soon, a domain you already successfully moved out to another registrar.

When you are on the smallbusiness.yahoo.com webpage, click the navy-blue button on the upper righthand side which says "Already a Customer? Sign in". This will take you to the Yahoo login page. Use the Yahoo Userid you used to register your domain.

If you are like me, my Yahoo Userid is different from my email address displayed on Whois (assuming both are Yahoo IDs). So make sure you are logging in with the correct Yahoo ID and you are not simply confused.

I have a couple of domains registered with Yahoo, and i can access them fine using the above procedure i mentioned.

Otherwise, send an email to Yahoo Support. Based on my experience, they do respond after 24 hours, 2 days the worst. They returned my money for a failed domain transfer once.

I am sure I was using the right Yahoo! ID. And I even have a "Your Yahoo! Small Business order confirmation" email in my Yahoo email box. But when I login with this ID, it just tell me " Sorry, there are no Yahoo! Small Business services associated with the Yahoo! ID xxxxx". >:(>:(>:(>:(>:(

It isn't in your GoDaddy Account? What do you mean you cannot access it?

The domain name was in godaddy before I transferred it to Yahoo.

And after the transfer finished, I cannot access my yahoo small business panel, i.e. the domain name is not under my Yahoo ID.

Who is the registrar now? PM me the domain name.

If it's Yahoo, then the registrar would be Melbourne IT.

By the way, buddy, if you have sent them an email 2 days ago, i reckon that you should have received a response from their domain tech support by now.

I've sent 3 mails in the past 2 months. Never a reply. They provide email support to those who have Small Business IDs. But yahoo told me my ID is not associated to this service. Too bad.
