Yahoo.IN is up now.
And yahoo.co.in redirects to in.yahoo.com (as always been)
What i had observed is that, many major companies got their .IN names allocated on 9th March. They were under 'pending evaluation' before that date.
Also seen companies drop their co.in names (one example is Xerox.co.in) after getting the .IN name.
Is the wind slowly blowing towards .IN ?
Internet companies of India are actively advertizing the .IN tld. I have also found a whitepaper produced by NIC india before the .IN launch, about their stratagy and the proposals. (if interested PM me)
