I came across the launch of Otherside NFTs by BAYC parent organization (which is the most popular NFT so far with a current price of over 150 Eth a piece) and they are using Otherside.xyz domain name for their official website.

Now that sets a big example for everyone to follow in the metaverse and NFT business. I think from here on, we are only going to see more projects wanting .XYZ and using it as their main domain name.

This is something to notice. No wonder .xyz is selling at such prices. When the end user can't find anything to use for their projects, they go for .xyz (more cheaply available, memorable, 3 letter and widely accepted by the crypto community)
