Highly demanded domain/website BookingBnb.com, with 180 - 360 Millions in potential sales every year.
How much would you rate it?

In business, particularly in online business, no one make deal on considering methods, all we need to know real figure and how much potential growths is laying under the business.Considering 1.5+ Million Dollars of income in 1 year, with an increase between 200% and 300% per year (with peaks of 1000%) how much should the seller ask as a minimum price?
We must take into account that, once sold, the owners cannot benefit of the revenue increase anymore.
Which one?I think you need to spend $100M, in order to make $10M with this business plan.
First off Booking.com would probably have an issue with you, secondly AirBNB owns this space, Expedia and others are trying to make up this gap also.Which one?
Since this domain doesn't violate any trademarks, what kind of action are you referring about? It's a mom, and pop domain, not one for a multi million dollar build out. Like I said Booking.com might have an issue, and could start action, it is up to you to defend such action whether it be credible, or not.
According to the WIPO International Trademark System, there's no trademark violation.Booking.com can make a case that it violates their mark in the travel industry, who is to say yah, or nay.
If you are raking in millions of dollars, I am sure they will take notice.
If they feel you are confusing their customers, and taking millions of dollars of their business, that cannot stop them from taking action, it is up to you to defend that action, and a court of law to decide who is right, and who is wrong.According to the WIPO International Trademark System, there's no trademark violation.
The business plan pursued by BookingBnb.com is totally different from all of the other travel portals. Any company running a business on this domain can keep pursuing this kind of different business. If they feel you are confusing their customers, and taking millions of dollars of their business, that cannot stop them from taking action, it is up to you to defend that action, and a court of law to decide who is right, and who is wrong.
WIPO will not give you an answer, but you can cite cases for sure.

I agree, there are too many travel portals online. This is the reason why bookingbnb.com exists, based on the fact that people don't want to spend their money in high booking fees. This project doesn't necessarily need the billions spent by the other travel platforms to grow.Priceline, Hotwire, Travelzoo, Hotels.com, Kayak, Orbitz, Travelocity shall I go on... where does bookingbnb.com rank on the billions spent on those platforms @Tim L ?
This does not sound like a pre purchase appraisal.
It actually is a pre-purchase appraisal, we're discussing about the domain value with or without a website on it. Then, anybody is free to make an offer.Looks like this is now listed under both make offer and auction (with no terms doesn’t seem like a valid auction - you should revise it, and decide if you’re going to auction it or try to sell it under Make Offer).
BookingBnb.com is made of 2 words: "Booking" (reservation; the act of a person who books) and "Bnb" (acronym for Bed and Breakfast). As you can see, these are 2 generic words mainly referring to the act of booking a property that also provides accommodation and breakfast. Since the primary purpose of this project is to promote the direct contact between owners and customers, you understand that this domain/website is totally different from any other travel portals. As an aside, bnb means Bed and Breakfast which apoatently that was airbnb’s original intention but all you get there now is a room no breakfast no food at all you often don’t even see the owner.
So with this new “business” are we getting breakfast?
