I have a fully verified Paypal, never had the issue. Wasn't blaming it on you not sure why your getting all defensive about it, I did offer, Friends and Family but you insisted that I go first, I apologise for the inconvenience that I didn't wish to go first, but I did offer an alternative which you did decline, then boasted about how you have spent thousands on domain, but not worries your not interested.
