Hi,
Yes, you can move the domain away via your Daily control panel.
In order to transfer away a .com/net/org domain you need to ensure of the following:
The domain is unlocked.
Whois privacy is disabled for the domain.
Whoever is performing the transfer has access to the admin contact email and has had the auth code sent to them.
You can unlock the domain by going to the Domains section of your control panel and selecting Domain Locking. From here you can unlock the domain.
If you have Whois privacy for your domain you can disable this in your Daily control panel by going to Domains and selecting Whois Privacy. If privacy is enabled you will need to select the "Make Public" option to disable privacy.
To find the current admin contact email address you will need to perform a Whois Lookup on the domain via a lookup server such as Who.is
If the Admin contact details (Which is where the code and transfer approval email are sent) need to be updates you can do this as described on the following page:

You can get your auth code via your daily control panel by going to the following page:
https://www.daily.co.uk/mydaily/domains/authcode
The auth code will be sent to the admin contact as displayed on the domain names Whois output.
The above are directions for preparing to transfer a domain from Daily. The host you are transferring the domain to should have instructions on the actual procedure to transfer a domain into the at their end.
