Great keyword rich domain name. Gets a bit of traffic but for the purpose of the auction assume none. Need a new theme (I can supply one if required), fresh content and a few links.
Profitable niche. Adsense CPC over $1 and there are some great affiliate programs. A few months ago I sold another site in this niche (Toothache relief it got to page 1 of Google easily for its keyword and make good $$'s each month. Receding gums has a much higher search volume than this.
