I am selling GrimeKingZ which has a member count of 224 members and 7,624 posts. It is google adsense approved although I personally decided not to use them. It has loads of page views and is running a fully licensed version of Invision Powerboard (latest version) and is included with sale. Hosting is £7.50 per quarter with Jortex.com which has a very good uptime and is quite cheap (I always use it because it has great support)
