I would say like above and drop it if you can, Google have the power and the influence to crush you, either through the courts or to de-index every website you might ever get from now to eternity.

Though they will likely not feel that you are even significant enough to consider de-indexing do you really want to put yourself on their shitlist radar?

Read some more info here on namepros before you reg anymore names; particularly on TM infringement. You'll learn a lot and save yourself some headaches somewhere down the line.

It is funny I had a domain similar to this the very first day in domaining and got the same response from people but like said Google will send you a legal letter to cease and disease of domain or hand it over to them so like said egative reg fee

As stated quite clear in this thread registering a domain with a global TM is not the way to be successful in domaining.

Also automated evaluation tools are not really providing a fair and realistic appraisal.
