I think it is a nice collectible IDN domain. It looks like a dollar sign in the browser. No type-in value, but a cute domain name. Well worth the reg fee per year to have both www.ღ.com (xn--7od.com) and www.ṩ.com (xn--1ig.com).
The heart is a Georgian letter. You would be surprised at the traffic it receives! All from North America, all searching for dating/relationship stuff. The other one is just a Latin letter of some sort.
