I registered these IDNs yesterday, and have parked them all (bar օ.com, which somebody else apparently has associated with their account) at Namedrive.
Anyway, these are single letter .com INDs, all of which look similar to letters in the English language (K, o and F respectively).
ҡ.com is Cyrillic, օ.com Armenian and Ғ.com Cyrillic as well.
Any ideas on the value of any of the names would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in any of them, please let me know.

It means fly in Greek. I think it is a good paying keyword.

How would anyone type it in for a start? xn--h4a.com?
In my opinion low $xx
But what do I know!

They don't actually type the xn--whatever into the URL area, the browser automatically converts the name into punycode, which is what you see in that area.

Internationalized Domain Name Also known as multilingual domain names. It gives the possibility to use more characters in domains names, besides letters and numbers, and specifically characters available in other alphabets, like accents. A standard is being developed by the IETF.

That is a definition from Google, I hope it helps a little.
You don't sound stupid at all, IDNs are hard to understand at first. This topic might help you understand them as well.
