I have a network these type of sites nearly all of them PR4 , looking to off load this one to fund another project but its not essential and im not fussed if it sells or not so im not looking to sell it at a cheaper price.

The blogroll links are all 3 way or 2 way link exchanges, i would recommend keeping them as they are what is keeping the site PR4. All exchanges will stay unless they are removed from the site.

The site has never really been SEO'd so the rankings site in the 50's ish for the players name , traffic is about 10 - 20 unique a day but i havent looked at the stats for a while so thats not def.

Revenue assume none even though it does get some adsense clicks every now and then. better adsense placement could be better.
