WTS 1u Dual Xeon 2.4 Ghz and 1u Dual Core 3.0 Ghz servers

I need to get rid of two of my servers, replacing them with 1 new server. I'll be taking offers, I havent even pulled them from the datacenter yet, but they're inactive, and in working order. If I get any decent offers, I'll speed up the process.

Server 1 specs:
Supermicro SYS-6013A-T 1u chassis w/ IPMI (remote management) card.
2x Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.40GHz
1 GB ram (2x 512 MB DDR PC2700 ECC)
2x 74 GB 10krpm SATA 150 HDs

I havent used the IPMI card in a while, so I dont know what its set as, probably needs to be reset... I believe this chassis comes with rails, when I pull it from the DC I could tell you for sure.

Server 2 specs:
SUPERMICRO SuperServer 5015M-MR 1U (I dont think this one has an IPMI, dont remember though).
1x Intel Penium D 930, Dual Core 3.0Ghz LGA775
2 GB Ram (2x 1 GB ddr2 PC2 4200 ECC)
I believe this one also has rails.

I have a few pics from when they got re-racked a few months back if anyone is interested.

Not in particular, just trying to replace them before they depreciate too much.
