Ok Im looking for a coder for the following PSD template.

the site will be named XboxHaven.
I want a fully working template as you can see its got quite alot of work needed. I want to integrate PHPbb into it also so it shows latest posts ect like the jpg above.
Please List how many Hours Aprox you recon it will take and also how much per Hour you charge. and if you have a portfolio please list it.
