Hi

I am planning on creating a new site which will allow people with no knowladge about the stock market to gain some knowladge, i would also like to add a php/VB forum to my site so people could buy and sell there shares on my site.

I would require a fully coded site with secure paying area and must be a unique site, i would also like a unique logo to go with this site.

I am offering the designer $300 - $350, and would need the site to be made within 2 weeks.
