Website Designer Needed!!

CvShark.com Needs to be created!
Site allows users to upload there Cv's to the site and buinesses can post jobs vacancies on the site!
Complete site needs to be designed, made and coded!
Designer will also need to set up the database, so people can login and change there Cv's.
Budget is $200. Please PM me a simple design along with what you can offer the site!!
