Here is a bit of history:
-Well i have build an auction type site that I really believe in.
-Built a twitter page(only like 30 followers or so. Have a facebook page as well.
-Built a few links across my pr 3 and pr 4 sites on different servers to hopefully get some PR via next update.
-And I paid a few people to do press releases, directory submissions and social bookmarking.
- I also purchased 1500 post cards and am clueless of where to distribute them.
- Bought an ad in the local newspaper...but doesn't seem to be doing anything.
What I need now are people to sign up and post their things for sale. The site is an Austin Texas based site, so all registrations need to be from Austin. It's tough because I'd love to run around the city and distribute things, but once they go and get home, get on a computer there is a small chance they will remember to join.
What I need is somebody with a big outlet, or with a few known ways of getting local buyers to join.
If you feel like you can help, please get back to me ASAP. I want to get somebody started on this. Please tell me what you can do and how much it will cost. Just note that if you do pick up the job, and there are only 2 people that register...we'd have a problem =).
