I went down to the iPhone release event on 5th avenue at Apple's flagship store . I wasn't planning on doing anything that say so I decided I'd print out a sign saying Buy me an iPhone and then another one selling the spot I had in line if I didn't get someone to buy me an iPhone. The kid next to me is my friend. I had no idea I'd get so much media attention from a sign. I just happened to have both of the signs out at the same time when this guy from Wired News comes by and asks us to hold our signs up. That was the first of numerous media outlets covering me and my friend that day. I decided to google my name and iPhone to see how many media outlets actually published their pictures of us. So far I've only found this one and some text in a Portuguese news site.

I did ending up selling the spot in line for 75 bucks after some guy behind me advised me to raise my price.
