Congrats on your first inquiry! What is the name worth to you? Any clues on who the potential buyer is?

Thanks RJ!! (You have a wicked forum here!)
I have no clue on who the potential buyer is, he is using a hotmail type of email address.
He has notified me that he found the domain name for sale after performing a search on google.com.
Personally, I do not have a use for the domain name yet, what price do you think I should reply him with? Thanks!

I'd say around $300 is a fair price for both parties. Could be a little more or a little less.

Thank you very much DSL and RJ!
Both of your opinions are very important!
I think I would best reply with the price of $200.00-$250.00 just so I would not scare the buyer off. I will keep you guys updated!!

Hi JJ:

Just be careful with the scammers out there. If he asks for you to pay for an appraisal with one of his "trusted sources", don't even respond. I had a bad experience a month or so ago. I'm sure you are a lot more knowledgeable than I am in this industry, but I would hate for the same thing to happen to you. Sometimes we are too trusting and those scammers take advantage of us.

Good luck, and I sincerely hope you make a :kickass: sale!

Ali :)

Rather then give him a price - ask him for the price he has in mind. Best possible reply!

That sounds fair. It will be nice to get your first sale behind you!
