The technology is already here for 3D without glasses but the cost is the problem for the foreseeable future. Thats the amazing thing about technology and the internet. There are brilliant minds from all over the world constantly pushing the limits. I believe a 3D tv which doesnt require glasses will be unveiled at the upcoming electronics show in Vegas. It's unfortunate that some people can't experience 3D because of medical conditions, but then again there are lots of things that people can't ever experience because of that, even something we take for granted, like flying on an aeroplane. Thats why we should count our blessings and try to experience everything we can. Even if you find that you don't like or enjoy it, at least you have given it a try. Maybe the current 3D technology is a forerunner to even more amazing things to come, but for now, and for the next several years, I think 3D will be hot.
