question Working on my first 5 figure sale.. tips?

trying to make best of my first 5 figure sale lead (low 5)... whic looks solid enough to write about.. so thought I'd ask for a tip or two from those who've done many of those before..

got a private offer through bodis sale lander.. for an .org.. 24 hours ago.

the guy left full name.. which checks out on google.. linkedin profile etc..
left a phone.. left valid email contact.
ip resolves to iran.
and his name/email checkout as some sort of medicine university.

so given the country involved etc.. what do you think would be next best step to take here? I will not bother to counteroffer. this is good enough for me for this domain.. I thought of redirecting him to a buynow at his price on bodis, for escrow.com

only to find out by chance today that escrow.com does not do iran.

any tips wouild be great.

Congrats alcy! I waited too long to accept a 5 figure offer on one of my domains and they bought something else instead . See if ECOP will handle it.

thanks but like I Said... I found out today before redirecting him to an escrow.com buynow button at his offered price, that escrow.com does not want to have anythign to do with iran. thanks for the tip!
