Wordpress Update

I have a website that runs wordpress. I need all the updates updated and tested to make sure nothing is our of whack after the updates. and a few tweeks with the coding (mostly cosmtic)and additional tabs and option addition along with XML slider.

can someone give me an estimate?

Why not just back up your DB, run the updates then if there are any issues just revert back to your saved DB?
