Wordpress Themes designer required

I am looking for a designer who is EXPERIENCED in designing and coding Wordpress themes.


The requirements for WP themes:

- completely coded and ready to use in WP;

- XHTML/CSS based, completely XHTML valid

- clean, nice looking design, neutral/general style

- perhaps to include some (additional) plug-ins
