Wordpress Website Development wanted

Hi everyone

I am looking for quotes for the following. Please give me an idea of costs, and links to your previous work & references.

• 1) Set up wordpress on my hosting account
• 2) Code the header, body, footer from psd's supplied by me
• 3) Put a jQuery slider on home page
• 4) Put a tabbed information section on home page (4 tabs)
• 5) Add a selection of static pages. Same design as homepage, just without the slider or tabs. I can add the txt to these via wordpress. You basically just add links to the homepage, and set up the templates.
• 6) Add two forms to home page. One a simple 'add email', and 'location' drop down, the other a bigger with free txt boxes etc. Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary though!
• 7) Do some basic SEO tweaking to help the site build some ranking
