Wordpress Theme Customized

As the title says I have a free wordpress theme downloaded. I need a few things on it moved around/changed. IE currently both sidebars are on the right. I want one on the left the other on the right.

Few Color adjustments to make it more "unique" is preferred as well. Post here with your price or pm me.
