wordpress theme - customized for mini site

I have found a wordpress theme I would like customized for usage on multiple domains .
I just want to be able to upload it and add content.
I have tried to do it myself, but just don't have the skills to get it right.

What I am looking for is someone to :
1. delete the post date display on for all pages.
2. Fix the right sidebar so that it shows a 160x600 ad. Delete meta/archive/category etc(this is the part that I can't get to line up)
3. Remove comment function
4. Put it into a single file for upload on multiple domains ( I can download some templates and customize tem myself. This is very time consuming so I am looking for a customized template to save time.)

The template I would like customized is

It is the Fushion theme
