Wordpress help needed

I am trying to get my site http://dotpunch.com to have the previous posts and newwwwer posts links at the bottom of the page. The hompage displays the lateset 9 posts but when i posts new ones they oldest dissapears with no link to view older posts. How do i get these links?

Nice looking site and cool domain name! I see a "previous entries" link at the bottom of your page in both ie and firefox, although the alignment is a little strange in ie.

On a side note, the site did load pretty slow for me. That could be a temporary issue with your host, but I would check on it.
