WordPress contact plugin?

I've tried my hardest to find a decent contact plugin for WP but haven't yet found anything that:

a) Works with WP V2.5 or above
b) Integrates corretly with my site
c) Looks good

Has anyone used / is using a decnt plugin? It doens't really matter how simple or complex it is I just want a contact form on the site...

I've tried browsing the 'extend' WP plugin directory but everything there is either 'broken' or not compatible with the latest version 2.5

cforms is very good. Another good one is Contact From 7: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/

cforms isn't just good - its awesome!

I now have a fully functional contact page on my site which I have styled to match my comment forms on posts. Love it!
