WordList Editor

Hello all, I am not really sure if this is the correct place to post this but I am looking for a good Word List Editor, so I can enter some .txt and do many transformation like making 1-word-per-line docs deleting the repeated ones, add prefixes and subfixes, etc.

Anyone know abour a REALLY good one?
