I have a total of four documents (range from 1 page to 3 pages) that have been created in microsoft word. The formatting is very poor, unprofessional and difficult to manage.
We want these four documents manually converted into a fillable pdf. It needs to be laid out professional, field by field. These documents consist of a lot of information (checkboxs, text fields) and was condensed to fit on the current number of pages.
Although these documents have a lot of data, they need to be formated with a clean look and feel, easy to enter information and print properly. The users will be printing these forms and filling out by hand. We need them fillable as a small number of users will complete them online and then print.
Finally, once this project is done, we will need all the raw files so that we can complete future updates. Changes occur frequently (new fields and text changes) which is why we will need to manage inf the future.
