Open souce PDF editor?

I need to edit PDF templates on a website. I was going to use PDFLib, but apparently, you have to pay for that nowadays.

Can anybody recommend a good open-source (i.e. FREE) pdf editor?

I will be taking PDFs of business cards and brochures, then overlaying the member's information,and displaying the result in a browser window. Then all the member has to do is click print.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

FPDF (http://www.fpdf.org/) is a free alternative written in PHP, a bit slower but gets the work done. You need FPDI (http://fpdi.setasign.de/) to use pdf templates with it.
