You'll probably have to hang on to this one for awhile and wait for the right buyer. My issue here is that I'm not sure what the market is or who the end user might be. I'm sure there are people out there making wooden porches but I'm not sure if anyone specializes in it enough to want the domain. And even then they'd probably prefer woodenporches.com. You could probably turn it around to a reseller based on keywords but they'd have similar questions.

I'd probably price it on the lower end of the spectrum given the likely pool of buyers. I haven't done the research but it could be worth more given its age if there are significant backlinks, existing traffic, etc.

3x in one day is a win no matter how you look at it. They can ask for whatever they want but they're not going to get $4500.
