It can be built into full blown womens health portal or it can be developed into a niche womens health site.

Instead of trying to buy a name that obviously no one else wanted since I'm going to assume you just registered it, try to develop it.

Always look for Exact search volume in Google keyword tool, not the broad search volume.
You can choose this option from the match type menu.

Long time lurker here but first time poster and yes I'm not into domaineering much.

BUT i'm a seasoned SEO and already have 2 successful health sites that keep me occupied 100%

For women's health in Google SERP's, the domain ranking at #3 is womens-health.com - has just 7K links. (admittedly it's PR6 )

Having built PR 6 site with 35K links, i know any pro seo can turn this into a goldmine portal.

Besides, as a SEO i have seen plenty of low strength exact match KIDS ourank sites with more diverse link profile simply cuz relevance takes precedence over relative importance in SERP's.

Womens health =>90,500 ( global ), 8,100 ( local )

Women's health => 90,500 ( global ), 4,400 ( local )

Women health =>18,500 ( global ), 1,000 ( local )

You sort of answered your own question.

This is a huge generic market that a developed well optimized site could rank well in the SERPS and make a lot of money.

However, a development person isn't going to pay much for the domain so I would develop it to try and sell it.

I'm the same opinion than stingrae, try to start a website devellopment.
Then try to sell it to an company which as a complete product brand related to women health.

Maybe a kind of store with maybe online periodical about WOMEN HEALTH

store + peridiodical + forum + advertising area ( ppc,affiliation)
If you manage, try to build database( but it's patent for this kind of commercial website )

Don't consider this if you have already built your website.
