wmtalk.org: Looking for admin partner

Hello, i'm needing someone to be a admin of my forum called wmtalk.org (webmasters forum)... I don't have any time to spend with the site because i'm a student and i'm really buzy with exams.

The partner must look for the forum. Add some moderators, see the posts, look if the forum have any problem... etc. (Do all the things that i'm supposed to do).

Any technical issues will be solved by me...

The partner must have strong skills in the vBulletin forum system admin, know something about webdesign/webmaster/web programing, have time to spend in the forum... and advertise the forum in directories, forums, and others websites (free advertising... don't spend any money with this...)

I will pay a 40% of all advertising revenue that the website have to you (maximum of $10000 per month).

no... i will pay the partner a % of my adsense revenue that i will earn... that % will be 40% but a maximum of $10000...

You know any programing language for the web (javascrit, html, flash, php, asp... ajax)?
Are you familiar with SEO, and related items?...
What is your experience in vbulletin forums administration or related comunities?
Do you accept advertise this comunity in another forums, free directories and other places?
What your prespectives for this project?
