Looking for design&coding partner

Hello.

Ive been overwhelemed by projects lately, and was seeking a fellow designer and coder.

For what?-
One of my biggest upcoming projects- A new forum that is focused on an upcoming music artist, who already topped charts. As you guys know, artist forums can get HUGE, and hopefully if they do successfull so will the forum. I have a premium name for the forum (com and net), and also a vB license. What I need mainly from a partner right now is to develope and code a skin for us. We can discuss it further so we both can figure out what we want. Also some money to invest wouldnt hurt, but nothing big just something to cover hosting and whatnot. Like I said, I have been hit with quite a few projects lately and dont have time to code and design a vB, and plus it would be nice to work with a partner since this will develope into a fairly large project.
