WLS Pre Orders

I tried to preorder a subscription but it says null. Is netsol not accepting pre regs at this time? This is odd because somebody already secured a preorder on one of my domains.

I am refering to WLS (nextregistrationrights.com) It wont let me preorder & I noticed that alot of keyword domains have already been secured, how is this so? at $40 a year I will go all out and secure all the domains I can until they drop. Its alot cheaper then buying at retail these days. The service will go live I will bet big money on it. Any takers?
