I'm considering submitting this name for the upcoming Domain Tools Auction in January. The last day to submit a name is about week away and it would be helpful to get some feedback on the value of this name and what reserve to set.

3 word generics which sold recently.

2. LogHomeKits.com - $28,556 - 51,200 Google results
WireRack()com could be developed into a niche site like those of CSN stores and Netshops.
One specific question: What is the price difference between a hyphenated name vs. a non-hyphenated name?
The closest example I could find was Free-Credit-Report.com which sold for $28,250 at the first Domain Tools auction and the FreeCreditCheck.com/CreditCheck.com pair that sold in the June TRAFFIC auction for $3 million. Based on these numbers, I would estimate that FreeCreditReport.com would sell for at least $300,000 which is 10x more than the hyphenated version. If anyone knows an exact multiple to use that would be very helpful.
Thanks.
