Offer it to the .net (with an explanation of why anything but .com sucks in the real world) and accept any reasonable offer. Obviously the owner of an active .net is going to be the most interested person, so you can jack the price up a bit at first. I'd say "$300, but willing to negotiate." Then let it go for much less if need be.
