I am currently offering 1 of my developed websites for sale due simply to other comittments, I purchased another business recently which has meant in totally honesty my neglect of this site.

The site currently does generate any income.

So far in July = 310

Number of visits overall in June = 2371

Average visits per day = 60

Current diskspace used = 48 MB
Average monthly bandwidth = 950MB

We are currently offering small free hosting account on the site for members but recently had a crash of the server, there were only about 6 accounts hosted with sub domains and these can be continued if you wish or stopped.

The offer of free hosting has no affect on current membership if you stop it, it was just simply to offer members who could not afford hosting a step up for them.

The vbulletin forum has a game area installed along with a betting area for fun ways to collect ecash on the forum which can be used to buy extra options for your profile.

I am happy to ask any questions regarding this sale honestly and openly. As stated I made the puchase of this site recently but just can comitt the time to developing and promoting the site at the moment, the stats reflect this but also that the forum is at least ticking over awaiting the anticipated time that someone else can give to it.

I have agreed a sale to fabian05 on dnf of $550 subject to payment on Monday Morning.
