Great posts seanboy. It appears that the WIPO is reconfirming the policies and regulations associated with DotMobi however their language in this report also indicates that they will continue to review disputes regarding trademark infringements with this TLD. The report also indicates that Sunrise process used by DotMobi was and will continue to be honored. Although these results was not unanticipated..it is still good to know.
