7. Decision

For all the foregoing reasons, in accordance with paragraphs 4(i) of the Policy and 15 of the Rules, the Panel orders that the disputed domain name <screwfix.mobi> be transferred to the Complainant.

He offered to sell the the domain (with the exact trademark in it) to the trademark holder.

I implied that companies are seeking out Mobi names. Mobi is a sought out extension.

I believe, that the Complainant desires (wants) this domain name ... and is willing to go through the process in order to reclaim it, is good, generally, for the .MOBI extension! :imho:

I could be wrong, or lost in translation, of course.
