Okay thanks, good idea. There are sure a heck of a lot worse ones being sold at auction I suppose.

I think SalemOregon.org has some good potential for the right Oregonian. I'm from Salem, and that one has to find the right type of buyer with personal interest. It's of course the state capital, so there should be someone out there that will want it.
